In the proximity, you’ll find supermarkets, cafés, shops, and everything you’ll need for your stay.

Apartment “SANTA FOSCA”

Situated at just 7 minutes walking distance from the main building AL PORTICO Guesthouse, 1 minute far from the main street to Rialto direction, in an especially quiet and silent corner of the Cannaregio district, the dependance “Santa Fosca” takes his name from the nearby square.
This 55 sqm apartment is furnished in a typical Venetian style; with all exposed wooden beams, and overlooking directly on the beautiful canal of Misericordia from its windows, where characteristical local private boats will greet you in the morning. Equipped with every comfort, it has a large double bedroom, a living room with a Sofa and Television, a spacious bathroom with a shower, and a small but functional kitchen.

Apartments “CA’ DELLE ORTENSIE”

Bookable in three different kinds of apartments (Ortensia Bianca, Rosa, Blue, and the whole building.)
Casa delle Ortensie’s flowered balconies face the part of Strada Nova that connects Santa Sofia to SS. Apostoli’s square, just a few steps away from Ca D’Oro, in a very central and lively area well frequented by both locals and tourists.
The structure, built in the second half of the nineteenth century, has three floors and in each one a freshly renovated and gracious aparment.
The 2013 renovation kept the characteristics of the old building with its small sizes, bright rooms, venetian pavements and the original stair in Istria stone.
The furniture, simple and cozy, reminds the name of the building with its flowered tissues.

Ortensia BIANCA

This apartment of aprox 70 square meters, situated on the third floor, is composed of a big bedroom, one bathroom, a living room with a sofa bed and a kitchen.
It is equipped with a washing machine,dishwasher, fridge, coffe machine, kettle, and air conditioning in both rooms.

Ortensia ROSA

This apartment of aprox 70 square meters, situated on the second floor, is composed of a big bedroom, one bathroom, a living room with a sofa bed and a kitchen.

Ortensia BLU

This apartment of aprox 90 square meters is the fusion of Ortensia Rosa and Rubini.
On two separate floors (first and second floor of the building), it composes of two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room with a sofa bed and a kitchen.
It is equipped wth a washing machine, fridge, coffe machine, kettle and air conditioning in all the rooms.

Apartment “MAISON WIDMANN”

This apartment of 80 square meters is situated between the lively quarter of Cannaregio, and the most authentic Sestiere of Castello.
Set 200m away from Fondamente Nove waterbus docks, the main connection to the islands of Murano, Burano and Torcello, and 5 minutes walk to Rialto bridge, it is in a key position to start your day trips around Venice, but in the same time you can enjoy the calm of its residential neighborhood.
On the third floor of the building, Maison Widmann greets its guest with its warm atmosphere given by the Venetian pavements, the all wooden kitchen, and the little balcony, from which you can enjoy a precious view on a typical Venetian Canal.
